Sales Representatives: We  do service Australia wide with several interstate trips each year, please contact our office for schedules and to make an appointment.

ORDERING INFORMATION

Sai Imports is in  wholesale business only . No minimum order via our website. Orders can be placed via phone, email or online via our website.

DELIVERY

We endeavour to despatch orders within 5-7 days accept Gold jewellery orders which may take 35 to 40 days however in extremely busy times, orders may take a little longer. For safety and guarantee of delivery we use registered and express services through Australia Post. All orders are $15 +GST express post under 500 grams. Freight prices will vary depending on location and size/weight of your order if above minimum grams.

Credit Card (VISA or MasterCard only), Direct Deposit.

PRICES

Our prices are wholesale prices and are exclusive of GST. We make every effort to keep our prices as low as possible, however we cannot control metal prices and currency fluctuations. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please check our website for up to date prices.

ACCOUNTS

Nett 30 Days: DPI offer 30 day accounts to approved customers. A credit application form must be completed and approved to hold an account. Credit application forms can be downloaded from our website.

Overdue Accounts: Late accounts will revert back to upfront payment. Overdue accounts that go unpaid will be passed over to a debt recovery agency and the customer will be responsible for all collection costs.

New Customers: New customers will initially be on upfront payment and credit card details are required at the time of placing all orders.

Buying Groups: As we are affiliated with various buying groups throughout Australia it is best to check with your association first for the terms of your account.

BACK ORDERS

All items not fulfilled on an order will be put on back order, this excludes backorders that are under the value of $30.00. Please reorder these items on your next order.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY

Our products are 100% guaranteed for workmanship. If you happen to receive faulty or defective items please inform us within 7 working days from receiving the order and we will happily provide a replacement or credit note.

Please note – items that have been worn and damaged will void the guarantee. This guarantee does not cover faults from loss, accidental damage or mistreatment, modifications to design or damage from perfume, hairspray, water or other agents. Items such as earrings, ear/nose studs and body jewellery once worn are void from guarantee and should not be sent back due to health risk factors.
